Service Policies

REGULAR CUSTOMERS
While we do accept single visit customers, preference will be given to our weekly clientele.

ASSIGNED LAWN SERVICE DAY
Lawn Medic will schedule lawn services Monday through Friday within designated areas. Each customer is assigned a specific service day throughout the season. Although we assign a specific mowing day, the time of your service may vary week to week. Weather is an uncontrollable aspect of our business and can affect the day and time of your service.

RAIN
While we can’t work in severe rain, we will continue to work in light rain. If needed, we will pause until the rain has stopped and then continue our work.

GATES AND PETS
We prefer that all your pets be kept indoors and all gates unlocked on your mowing day. We ask all customers to please pick up all items off lawn areas, including pet waste, before our technicians arrive each week. Failure to do so can result in additional charges. So no damage will take place, we ask that all exposed sprinklers heads be clearly marked.

WATERING
Please do not water your lawn on your service day.

HOLIDAYS
We will adjust the day of your service when a national holiday falls in a work week.

SKIPPING A WEEK OF MOWING UPDATE
Clients mowing rate is based on weekly mowing. In extreme circumstances, the client may contact Lawn Medic to request skipping service for a particular week. This can be done with a minimum of 24 hour advance notice prior to the clients scheduled mowing. A service charge will apply if a crew is turned away at the client’s property. Please note that our crews do not make the decision of whether or not your lawn needs mowing.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
All services shall be performed by qualified, experienced, trained personal. If for any reason you would like to address any issues with Lawn Medic, please contact Carolyn Ternowski (780) 486-6037. We will do our best to address the issue and attempt to correct any problems.

INVOICES AND PAYMENTS
Customer will receive an invoice monthly. Customers must pay the invoice within 30 days from the date of service.

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your service with us with a two week notice, without a cancellation fee.
